Sounds like you'll have to let us know how it works. I'm interested, but not $200 interested unless I know it will do the job. 
I have used the wife's Cricut for years.. Works alright..
Looking to buy a GCC expert soon myself, unless a roland pops up on CL or something...
If you are going to buy.. I would spring for at least a 24" model. I have been limited on how I go about things.. but still have got quite a bit done.
