So the 323 is going to end up matte black, key lime green and bronze. The hood off of the vehicle currently so masking lines for graphics will be easy. I started to think of spoofs of a screaming chicken to do based on the black and bronze and was debating on what bird to utilize, with the color of green and fact that long ago in a pre-meme internet, a parrot was a term for parody. So the concept of doing a screaming parrot graphic to be painted on was born.

Are you locked to those 3 colors for the graphic?
If there is a graphics design course at a local college or trade school, you could ask for submissions
Stolen from the internet.
I'll see what I can come up with after I get home from work.
I love how it's a spoof of a screaming "chicken".
Are you wanting it splayed out like the original chicken?
You know people. Call Lucky Yates and see if he'll dress up like Crackers?
In reply to P3PPY :
Pretty much, either like that or like a Thunderbird.
the Thunderbird style, upper left, looks less like an angry turkey. So I'm leaning towards that direction. I'll probably get on gimp later this week to put something together but figured I'd see if the hive had any ideas or insight.

This is what I had in my head. I was going to go more classic flaming chicken, but that shape.
I could throw something together later in the week but I'm silly busy right now.
It's copyrighted, obviously, but I like this on a number of levels:
Aw E36 M3, I just realized that you're basically looking for a Maverick the Parrot on your hood.
This is bad because this image is basically infamous YouTube jackass Logan Paul's logo.
In reply to GameboyRMH :
I had to Google who Logan Paul was. I'd be going brighter green and actual bronze and no red. I'll upload a quick and dirty one tonight or tomorrow that's a fill bucket mod to the one posted by Gimp. I like it a lot, but itll be a lot of tape work.
