I found several 1969 Chargers near here. They want 40K for that one!

As long as people are posting pics of GLH's and such, I'll go ahead and post mine again:

Only problems in between were timing belt and brakes, and I ABUSED that car. My 85 turbo New Yorker OTOH, was a complete piece of E36 M3. Constant electrical problems finally culminating in a ball of flames.

This. The turbo Dodge's are badass on their own merits. The Shelby add-ons really don't add much IMO.

Aside from actually makingChrysler the money they needed to stay afloat and when Shelby threw his weight behind the turbo 4, it lent it credence among the old V8 faithful.

Due to this thread, I went out in search of '80s turbo Mopar goodness. And found it. I was positively drooling in my lap over this one until I saw the asking price.

The link.

I really miss FWD rally cars.

Don't buy any of them...they're all junk. Leave them for me. Thanks.

I think I see one of these Daytonas every day and usually very tired looking. One of my buddies in highschool had one, pretty cool car at the time. The era of the concealable, and then those extra weird looking Dodge-esque shaped sealed beams signaled the end of my interest in them.

Then came the Talon AWD (pretty cool) and the Stealth...

Yeah, that one came out of left field. We need a mod to collapse that.
