NA/NB has 4 bolt hubs. Are there a bolt-on swap to another bolt circle, like a 5x4.5, for example ?  RX-7? Some other Mazda?

Ryan Passey is working on something at Goodwin for the Hypermiata, but I think that's entirely driven by the spec tire choices/sizes in the Global Time Attack series he's running.  Other than the typical bolt-on adapters, that's about the only thing I've seen.

What's your reason for changing to a different bolt circle?

Just curiosity mostly. I'm putting Miata front suspension in my Challenge car and thought that some more vintage looking wheels would be neat to have post-Challenge. Torque Thrusts would look neat but need a 5 bolt PCD.

See if the wheel bearings are cross listed with something else. That might get you moving in the right direction.

I think Willwood sells aluminum bolt on Miata hubs.

I believe that FD front hubs work with some machined adapters for the bearings, since the FD uses a larger diameter stub axle.

According to my bearing ID chart, Miata use a 28mm front stub.  This is a lot smaller than most anything else.
