The United States might be one of best-known examples of a melting pot, but Ben Lewis’ Opel GT comes a close second.

When we last saw Ben’s low-buck racer at the 2019 Grassroots Motorsports $2000 Challenge, it sported a turbocharged SR20DET engine from Nissan, a Volvo differential, a Honda radiator, a Subaru fan and even a fuel pump from Chevrolet. …

That's a good action pic.  It was also sporting Miata wheel spacers for good measure.

I'm looking forward to coming back in May with more power, more aero, and fresher tires.

Is there a build thread?

Mine is going to be a hot mess of a mix of VW, Porsche, and Audi.

I've got a thread on the engine swap over on OpelGT. Com and one on the rear axle swap. The build has continued to evolve from there and some of that progress isn't well documented. I started a GRM build thread haven't touched it much. I suppose I should go update the GRM thread with links to the others.

I creeped you over there on OpelGT, but did not find the thread, thank you.

I find it sad, but I dislike that forum so much. Too much "search noob" when their search sucks, ergo, they can suck it.

Way better that you put it here.

I have a same problem with the seach engine on pretty much every forum I use, so I either scroll the subfolders or usually just use Google. I don't think I've ever found much using forum searches. They are very knowledgeable over there and there are some very helpful guys, but there are also some naysayers and ones that will help after they've given you a hard time.
