Every_freakin_year, it sneaks up on me. Just thought I'd remind any other forgetful so-and-so's in the ATL area. I'll probably try to swing out tomorrow. Good bang-for-buck spectatin' if you get there early.

The racing is GREAT, the spectator areas are as open as I've ever seen at Road Atlanta, and the tickets are cheap.
Spectator bargain of the year, for sure. While you're there, come visit me in the GRM booth. I'll give you a sticker and try to convince you to renew your subscription, all for free!
One caveat- be careful of the food at the trackside grille. I had a cold-in-the-middle burger (for six freaking bucks!) that's been giving me gutbombs all evening.
The 3 hour Enduro tomorrow (Sunday) should be pretty good. Since it's the last race of the weekend, I'll probably shut the booth down after it starts and watch for a bit on spectator hill.
Can't make it this year, but I listened to facefanradio.com for blow-by-blow reporting of the races. Greg Creamer is one of the announcers and he's pretty good on calling a race. I'll definitely be catching tomorrow's broadcast.
Should anyone be interested, GoRacingTV.com will be posting edited versions of each race on it's website - within the next week or so. Seems they have a lot of editing to finish. Maybe someday, we'll get live streaming video like we had for the RunOffs.
You'll need to log in to post.
