So far today I have started cleaning up the rust in the passenger side floor and cleaned up the rear axel gave it a quick paint job and swapped on the Jegs cover that has supports for the bearing main caps.

I made a mistake yesterday...I went out in the shop sat in the car then started writing a list of everything I need to get done to the car

Tonight I didn't really work on the car at all. Instead I fixed an old recliner that had a broken swivel base. It is now sitting in my shop near the fridge facing the TV. Eventually it will move into the house.
I am also tying to decide if it would be worth the hassle of trying to pull the diesel motor without removing the AC. I am sure the charge on that system is long gone. Can you get old R12 systems charged?
yes. either use freeze 12, or convert to r134/
id recommend freeze 12 myself.
