Grandson honing in on an Audi A3, has eyes on a deal on a 2017 with auto trans, 97K miles. I'm at a loss, have been gone from the Forum a few years, and would appreciate your advice, experience, and ideas on this as a teenager first car. Thanks! John P
I hope he has a lot of savings that he wasn't planning to spend on anything but repairs...
I do believe the 2017+ A3s are essentially a GTI sedan. They all have the bigger brakes, though the sport pack still gives paddle shifters.
They're definitely more reliable than prior gens, but I'd spring for a warranty through your credit union
