Hey guys,
I am trying to help out a friend of mine who I have taken to two autocross events here in the bay area, and she is hooked.
She is about to move to Washington. I think she is going to be in the Spokane area...
Do any of you guys know of some nice mellow noob friendly clubs in the area?
A google search turned up this club.

Anybody have any experience with them?
I don't know of anything out in the Spokane area but there's hundreds of autocrosses on the I-5 corridor up and down western Washington and Oregon. Portland, Bremerton, Packwood, Gresham, Hillsboro, etc, etc all have clubs and events. If she's willing to travel Packwood is closer then the rest and is on an absolutely massive lot that's perfectly flat.
Sounds good, Which clubs run there? I was looking through the GRM club index and most of what I found were marque clubs. I don't think intends on owning a Porsche or a BMW in the near future so that kinda limits those options...

Anyone can join the BMWCCA for $40 a year, you don't have to own one (even though I do :)). And if you ever to decide to buy one, you get a nice fat rebate check if you are a standing BMWCCA member.

In the western Washington area, look up the Bremerton Sports Car Club. Open to every kind of car imaginable. Novices to national champions are members of the club.

I raced with them for 20 years.
You don't need to be a PCA member to race with them, that's who I race with. SCCA races at Packwood, both Northwest Region and Oregon Region.
When I lived in Walla Walla (SE Washington) I used to autocross with the Sand and Sage Sports Car club, which was based out of Tri-Cities and had several venues in the area.

It was fun, we would autocross both in the ice stadium parking lot and at a small paved oval track, with wacky courses laid out around the track, pits, infield, etc.
Of course, this was a decade ago, and it is probably at least a couple hours outside Spokane.
What happens when it snows? do you guys still autoX then? Chasing cones in the snow would probably suck, but the driving could be fun...
Bremerton typically hosts some winter "Slush Series" events, but they are typically just rainy wet, wet, wet, not too often with snow.
