16" selection in normal sizes is not bad. Depending on what diameter you're starting with, it can be downright terrible.
If you're looking for all seasons, it doesn't matter. There's stuff in both 15s and 16s.
For $350, i'd probably just buy the craigslist deal and have a spare set of wheels. They're tires. If they're round, rubbery, and hold air, they're about on par with the rest of the tires suggested in this thread.
