Wow that was fun--and a bit tiring, too! I got in late last night, and here are some pics from the event.

See you guys next year.

Oh yeah, the wagon got about 13 mpg on the trip.

Twas' a fine Mitty indeed. Michelle and I had a great time all three days we were there. I'll have to get my pics up sometime.

Seeing the Lotus F1 car was... beautiful and awe-inspiring. That, and F5000 cars are just plain cool.

I wished I could've made it this year. Maybe next year. I love it that Randy Pobst owns a Yugo. That is the most inspiring news I've heard all day.

Randy is into all kinds of cars. In fact, he just picked up a folding hardtop MX-5--pretty sure it's an '08 model.

Honda V-6 powered Miata? Tell us more! I didn't find anything on their site.

We'll have more on the V6 Miata in the mag, but Mini Tec says that the main advantages (over an LS, for example) are less weight and less cost. Their planned kit includes the front subframe, transmission adaptor and everything else needed for the swap. Nothing on the Miata has to be cut.

You'll need to log in to post.
