Never have made it out to see a Barrett Jackson. Working the Mecum Indy one every year kind of kills the novelty of it though, and that's coming from someone that gets to drive all the stuff to the block.
It's a great event. Helluva car show and fun to people watch. Clearly some of the sales earlier in the week were not as strong. Lifted Bro Jeeps seem to really not be getting all the money.
Some early broncos are still selling way over $100k but a lot are going lower. Surprising the restomods are the strongest sellers - a lot of 60's Chevy and Ford trucks are getting strong money. Fun event. My bro-in-law registered as a buyer - hasn't bid on anything yet.
It's purely a spectator event for me.

I'm sure it's like Mecum where most of the early week stuff is lesser quality, although it never hurts to watch. I know people who buy very nice stuff early in the week and flip it later in the week for much more than they paid.
