I used muscle gloss and it lasted 17 years - now time for new house
locally polyeurea seems all the rage. $7/sq feet seems a bit much

DIY is about $2 / sq ft. That's a lot of cooked in profit margin, but it is a lot of labor.
I have a thread on here about my home and garage where I used Aliphatic Urethane. I'm in the position of, I'm glad I used it and did it, but its not the best and I would have done differently.
I started a thread on this topic a few weeks ago. I ended up going with polyurea from Legacy Industrial.
It was a big job. Between moving all the crap, wall prep and painting, and then the floor, it was pretty much my whole month of September evenings and weekends. Glad it's done. Here's the result:
After this I put molding all the way around the floor to finish it off a bit better.
