They're always my go-to, unless its something I need TODAY. I've been finding on my Cherokee they're 50% or less of the cost of Advance or Auto Zone much of the time. Some examples from my last order: hatch struts at ~$8 a piece vs ~$20, O2 sensor ~$25 vs about $70 (yes, that's comparing the exact same Denso p/n.)
I did not know that either. I also end up with the discount codes after I order parts and then remember to share them here just after it expires.
