Looks like all four wheels actually steer too! What a strange build, looks well-executed though. Very GRM, makes you wish this guy was on here!

It does, wondering what other creations he has. On the right in the garage pics and under the blue tarp in one of the others.
Wow. The more you look, the weirder it gets. I always admire off-kilter builds like this. I wouldn't expect the builds to be on any popular site, because the feedback would be a distraction to the single-mindedness necessary to see it through. Remember how much grief Dick Bear got over his rear-suspension? And that was a comparatively tame build.

Oh yes, I'm the one who lit the fuse on that mess. I honestly tried to keep him from getting hurt, even warning him that if he didn't fix it, he'd spin off the road backwards. I came across as such a jerk that he decided to teach me a lesson and built it anyway - and spun off the road backwards. I learned from that, that you can be right, but if the message isn't delivered with enough tact, it's worse than useless.

At least you learned. I've been trying to teach my office manager for 20 years that it doesn't matter what you say as much as how you say it that matters. "Have a nice day" will start a fight if said with the wrong tone.
But I respect those that realize their dreams - even if those dreams make some people cringe. This builder's the right sort of crazy.
