Gonna be at the Holiday in for a Driver Education Conference and workshop til Sunday. Anything nearby for fun? How close is F1 Boston? Not sure how much free time I will have. Arriving tonight.

F1 Boston is about 40 minutes away.

Not much else locally beyond eating and drinking.

"a Driver Education Conference and workshop"

Sounds like a waste of time and money without some track time involved . . .

Have you met the people at these things? The most un-gearheaded car people ever. Their only interest is in creating perfect little citizens that follow every rule regardless of circumstances. Reasonableness and Prudence be damned.

I work in Boxborough. There's a new tuning shop that just opened in Boxborough called Kaizen. I've been meaning to check it out but I haven't been able to make the time. Other than that, there's only two things to do in the immediate area- Jack and E36 M3, and Jack's skipped town. Autocross events are held at the unused airfield at Fort Devens, but A-X season is over.

Also, WATCH YOUR SPEED! The Boxborough townies are hardasses and love to follow or pull over anything that looks remotely fast. Ask me how I know.

You'll need to log in to post.
