I have a Porsche 968 with an LS conversion. These conversions require a brake master cylinder solution as the v from the v8 gets in the way of the power brakes. My solution is a dual master cylinder which isn't assisted. It works well but doesn't put as much pressure into the system. Are there brake pads that work better than others with this in mind? This is a track car. I'm looking for a pad with strong initial bite. The KFP (cool carbon ) purple pads I use now are great at fade resistance but initial bite is poor. Thoughts?
