The Ohlins US HQ is about 1 mile from me right now. I wonder if anything will change.

Öhlins also does, or did, suspension calibrations for OEMs.
At least, they did my car 20-odd years ago. They didn't supply the dampers, just the calibrations.
They have a shake table in their building in Hendersonville NC. Lot's of race teams come here to use it too.
Ohlins made the suspension on my Exocet. Definitely pleased with that. Never would have guessed they were worth nearly half a billion though... wow.

My former Aprilia with Brembo calipers and Ohlins forks is still my benchmark for how things should stop and damp. I really want to try that level of goodness in a car.
Top level motorcycle racing uses brembo & ohlins exclusively. Especially for motorcycles I could see electronic suspension needing to talk to the brakes for the ride height & launch control they are using now, so everything under one roof could help there

This is the man that owns most of Brembo: Alberto Bombassei - Alberto Bombassei (forbes.com). Technically, it's his family, but let's be real - he calls the shots.
Interestingly enough, they have a small stake in Pirelli, too.
great... more Italian tech support? not a fan its a shame because they seem so well supported on their own if you can afford the parts.
