There's a lot of "drunk" celebrities on twitter. I just learned about Bored Elon musk. I don't do twitter. I don't even like facebuck.
I hope Drunk Brian wins. He's mildly amusing but more importantly the fight against parody is not a good thing.
He sadly, is gonna find out the hard way that there's tons of "Person vs. parody/critique/review" cases in the last 10 years and all of them have gone in favor of the parody.

As noted, parody is a protected form of speech.

Basically every famous person on Twitter has one or more parody accounts devoted to them. I can't imagine Brian has a leg to stand on here.
