The concept is cool, but the execution sucks! That thing needs a slab sided bed that is about 12 feet long and it would rock!

That pickup bed looks awful... Nice idea though, needs a nicer bed.

It needs a bed the size of the truck, why didn't they rip one off of one of those International/GMC monsters?

Those International/GMC monsters use that same bed, I think. This cab is just that much bigger than the medium duty ones used in those other big pickups. This might look acceptable if you took a standard dually bed and sectioned it in reverse to make it wider and longer.

Double the size of the bed (in all dimensions, or there about) and it'll probably look good. The styling between the cab and the bed still wouldnt match but the proportions would be closer.

With the work that went into that, I am certian he thought he would get the same thing for 1/2 the price until he noticed the lines don't match. But you would think they could have at least thrown a matching coat of paint on the thing.

If he hadn't half A$$ed it, he could have raised the rear of the bed 3" and it would have looked a lot better (to redneck eyes).

Should have just built a flat bed for it. That setup is pretty poor.

Yeah, a nicely done wood bed, with slats and such, would look much better, and probably cost less than that boneyard bed. But, that sumbitch will tow!!
