Any neat tricks to keep zip ties orderly for track thrashing? I can fish them out of the package one at a time or dump all of them into a small plastic box but wondering if I am missing some good trick.

I use rubber bands to hold them in groups. (Actually they came that way. )

If they come in bags cut a slot in the middle of the bag. You can get them out but when you drop the bag you don't have a mess.

Do you know any cigar smokers? One zip around the tube to indicate the contents.

I've spent some time supplying lab equipment for metallography, google accordingly.

Gear-Tie FTW, the founder Dan Martinson is a racer (going into PWC this year).

Gear Ties changed my life. The fact that my purchases support racing is icing on the cake. I love those things and use them endlessly.

In reply to pinchvalve:

he's a great guy to be on track with as well. he definitely "gets it" and comes and plays with 911Es and spec 944s for the competition when he could just run Cup cars every session.
