As the title states. A friend wanted me to go with him to an upcoming rallyX, and was curious if it was legal to run. I suppose it's a bit tall compared to most....

Just curious. Seemed like it would be fun.....
Roos is a bit rough as rallycross courses go, but I don't think I'd be too worried about the height of a Forester being unsafe. cghstang would probably be the best arbiter of whether or not it'd be okay.

I sent you an email, but yes, it is legal and it is fun.

yes....we have a couple fozzies running with us.
I'm registered and ready to go, gonna change the oil tonight. I have a friend and my lady who plan on taking pictures so maybe I'll come out with one as awesome as above. It's supposed to be mid-60's according to the weather station, should be really nice out.
Should be a great weekend for rallycrossing. I will be.
Ditto....we have 50 cars signed up (16 of them RWD!) for the season-ender at Summit Point on Sunday.
I really want to come up to one of your events sometime. It's just so far away.

Only 5.5-6 hours away. Register tonight, drive up tomorrow and spend the night in a local hotel

So, what did you think?
I had a ball. Wish I could've stayed for the second half, but a combination of night driving for 2.5 hours and a headache that had been creeping up on me all morning seemed unappealing at best! Is there a consolidated place where people post their pictures? I saw a few people firing away, I'm hoping someone managed to grab a few shots of the scoob getting dirty!
I'll probably be at the December one. Looking to slightly lower the scoob (08+ WRX pieces fit), get some mudflaps, and a skid plate (I found a few online), that'll make me feel better about thrashing it! :)
Thanks for all the help while I was out there!
I'll post links to all the photos I can find in the WOR RallyCross facebook group and in the event thread on dirtyimpreza.
Glad you enjoyed it!
Foresters are the best, Accordion. I love mine.
Post your pictures!
Glad you had a good time. When I didn't see you after the break, I thought we had scared you off!
