Two of my favorite things in one photo (that I found in a recent issue of Dwell Magazine)

Gorgeous modernist house with a 365 GT4 2+2 in the driveway. That is the dream right here.

Just breathtaking to me...

That house would never pass the building code out here - no way would it have the required snow load.

I dunno how much snow Holland gets, but I'd think reinforced concrete would hold up pretty well to just about anything...

Plus, houses like this are in all sorts of foul climates.

I sure like Dwell magazine. But I an in the housing business and I get bored having to cater to conservative taste all the time. Ya i think its got the snow load covered.

Stunning, on both accounts.

However, while we're matching architecture to cars, I'd lose the Ferrari for something even more angular, like this Lotus Esprit .

I'm sure that building colonial after colonial McMansion must get a bit numbing in terms of creativity.

I can't help but think in a heavy rain what ever drainage system they have would be over whelmed and the water would just go pouring in the garage. Pretty cool though.
