My curiosity got the best of me today so I spent some time on Google. I found a discussion on a railroader' forum about this locomotive - apparently it's in the yard of a Bed & Breakfast, and the previous owner had the locomotive hauled there to convert into a room to rent out over 20-years ago, but never finished the project.
