What are the cheap 15" used wheel options for NA/NB Miata? I'm looking for something that could be had for ~ $100-200/set on Craigslist. Searching CL for "4x100" on CL turns up mostly aftermarket stuff for 2X more than I want to spend.
Do we know of cars that had factory 15" 4x100 wheels that will fit the Miata?

The billions of cars running that bolt patter mean it’s a challenge at that price point. What you can find is stock stuff, of which there are some light options from Mazda, Honda, and VW. Depending on what you are trying to achieve you might be happier with oem or Diamond racing style steeliness for ~50/75 each new.
Good lightweight aftermarket options are closer to 100-125 a wheel for lots of different options. Great sites to check are flying Miata, tire rack, good Winn racing, and tire discounters.
Do MINI wheels have the correct offset? If so, look for the ubiquitous "7 Hole" rims. They were the lightest stock MINI wheel and were 15x6.5.

Just about any FWD small car shares the right pattern and offset. I ran Honda wheels on mine. E30 bottlecaps have been used. So many options.

I think the Mazda 2 might be a source. 4x100, 15".
Since the Miata has one of the smaller center bores (54 mm) almost any other 4x100 wheel will work. I scour Craigslist constantly and still manage to find wheels for under $200 a set regularly. 15" wheels are losing popularity so show up cheaper than 17s. I search for "4x100" , "rims" , "mags" , and "wheels". Occasionally I'll unearth some by using "race" or "racing".

I ran Mini phone-dials for a year. They are super light and I got a set with fairly new Falken Ziex 912s for $300 from a guy who took them off his Miata, ran them for a year and sold them for $250 to another guy putting them on a Miata.

@NickD, @rob_lewis,
I didn't know that Mini wheels fit. Lots of great options there. The 7 hole "Imola" wheel weights only 12 lbs! -> Weights of Mini Wheels
BMW Bottle Caps are pretty cheap and IMHO look great on a miata
Not sure how cheap you need, but about a year ago I was looking for the cheapest option for 14" or 15" wheels to fit a miata, and I think I found Honda civic steelies readily available on ebay for like $30 each.
With the supply of good 14" tires drying up, I'd be wary of going with bottle caps. Agreed that they look great on NAs though. The Imolas kind of remind me of the Porsche "phone dials" from the '80s. Not a bad look. I do think that steelies from a '90s FWD car might be the cheapest, best bet, but certainly would not be light weight.
