Heavy duty low compression engine, add boost?

Also, don't forget to account for disposal of said RV.

Said RV has no body and just enough of a front end to see what model it is and to keep the motor dry. Motor could just come out through the floor and where the passenger area used to be.

This is the best response here. The answer is always more displacement. Plus you end up refreshing the engine in the pursuit of those extra cubes so it's kind of a win-win.

As said before, RB motor in an A-body isn't an easy proposition. Fenderwell headers are the easiest, but still incredibly pricy. You will also have to figure out how you are going to mount it in the bay- Elephant Ears, Swap mounts, or cut and weld new mounts to the K. No, it isn't going to "rip the k-member out". We've run 10s in A-bodies, and my best friend is running bottom 9s with a 3500lb stock body E-Body with a full interior. Only upgrade for structural rigidity is a pair of subframe connectors. That said, you are going to have an incredibly nose heavy car that won't handle well, and will be much more difficult to launch than with an LA engine.
