I'm in the process of replacing the clutch & flywheel in my FD, got all the parts off Saturday, planning on reassembling Sunday.  Looking at the tension bolts, though, we noticed they all seem to be showing a small crack in the center of the head.  Is this normal?

This is the first time I've ever stared at the back of a rotary, but this looks odd.  I put a wrench on them and none are loose, although I haven't actually checked proper torque yet.  It's a '93 with 61K on the motor, and I don't think anyone's had the transmission off before.

Manufacturing artifact, don't worry about it at all.

Is it also normal that they have no markings on them?
