price seems okay but it's not a real spyder. in '64 the spyder became a separate model with a unique VIN (40627 for hardtop, 40667 for convertible). so this is a monza with the spyder scripts added (in the wrong place) and the spyder dash. seems like a reasonable price as long as the car is not rotten underneath. did anyone else notice it's got a 140 engine in it?
When I worked at NAPA one of our stores used to crank-call another store, ask for a specific counterman, and ask for price/availability on a radiator( or water pump...or coolant hose) for a '60-something Corvair. It would drive him nuts...even though the guy was old enough to know what a Corvair was...
