That Mustang hits me in all the right places. I saw one of these in white recently and it even had the external hand operated light. So, so great.
That Corolla is super cool too.

On the subject of cool old wagons: To the tune of "Love Shack" I found me a Chrysler, it's as big as a whale!
Something of a Unicorn - running, driving, stopping, and good looking 4.3 v6/5speed S10 for nearly challenge money (probably could get it there by removing & selling the interior). Some cancer creeping into the corners, but a few hours of shop time could probably handle it.
Must not look for financing.... I know i look for different stuff than most of you guys.... but I see off road RV!

It certainly looks the part
2004 Porsche Cayman Turbo. Original MSRP, $117,550.
Today, $7,500. Rebuilt title. Incl. empty bag of chips, cigarette butts, and a medal (for buying a hell of a Porsche).
In reply to Mike:
I bet that thing has some serious deferred maintenance. However, that engine may be one of the more durable ones to come out of the Germany in many years. It might be salvageable

The scenario in my mind is that I'll buy it for $6500, drive it home, order maybe $1000 in parts, and maybe some good tires, spend a couple of lazy weekends undeferring the maintenance, and then I'll have some über SUV that'll provide near faultless service.
I know the reality is different, and know that I can't predict how it will be different.
Not Craigslist, but Brint A Trailer. A Hummer than competed and completed the 1996 Dakar rally when it actually ran to Dakar. Three days to go and at very reasonable $20K
Not sure about the lust for this one, but I do find it interesting. http://wilmington.craigslist.org/cto/5830185554.html
