I've liked the looks of many motorcycles over the years, but this is the first Ascot I've seen and it really pushed all the buttons for me. In a few years, I'll be on the lookout for one I think..

I agree. nothing screams 80s like square headlamps. New 7" LEDs are amazing though.

That is the second generation of the Ascot(VT500) that had a V-Twin engine. I had one of the first generation (FT500) that had a 500cc single cylinder. I put 40K miles on my FT500 and have riden the VT500 also. I much prefer the FT500, love the sound of that big single.
FT500
Not Craigslist, (it's on ebay) but it goes with the spirit of things.
These things are awesome.... WANT.
This one only has 5,800 miles on the odometer !
Seller Dude said: 1971 Kujira Crown coupe MS75 4 speed manual Barn (shed) find from an estate. The last year of registration on this was 1983. Original 2.6 4M, power steering, power antenna, original radio Very solid, the pans/frame are 100% solid. Just a lot of surface rust from sitting on a dirt floor in a shed for 34 years. This individual had many interesting and unusual vehicles that he would keep if they struck his fancy, and this was one of them.
If this isn't the coolest thing I've seen in a long time, I don't know what is. Never seen one of these come up on the east coast.

Gotta link? I'd slap some lighting on it and torment the local constables!
I'm glad that Volkaro is so far away, if it were this side of the 49th parallel I'd be taking a good look at it. Though I would have to ditch most of the current mechanicals.

I am already buying a different car, (most likely, waiting to hear from the bank, app already in for the loan,) and then this shows up...le sigh...
Apparently one Mini-truck isn't enough for me. I fell in love with this today. The kicker? He'd trade for a boat. I sold my parents boat for cheap on Friday, and I'm sure I could've borrowed against it on a straight trade (or cash on his end) to this guy
Reduced!! Lotus Super 7!!! - $9000 (hubbard)
