Speaking of brake work, the green can is brake fluid.
I can't believe these things still run. A lot of the framework is wood.

DD#2's ought-six Impala has them too, as well as our TSX. They are really just an assembly aid. I would just drill the heads out and forget about them. If you really feel the need to be completist about it, lather the replacements up well with high-heat anti seize.
Didn't even load up the thread, and I'm thinking, " Those screws. Those mothaberkeleyin screws!"
Wow. That brings back memories. I drove those things when I was kid forty five years ago. Now I want to go spend a day at Cedar Point again.

I'm sure I held the track record on those things when I was 8! My lines in the turns were perfect every time.
I don't have the fancy impact driver. Instead I use my 1/2 dewalt impact with a 1/2-3/8 and a 3/8 to 1/4 adapter, a 1/4" socket and a #1 philips bit. Works like a charm until it doesn't. When it doesn't, I use a reverse drill bit to drilL off the head and that usually works the bolt side loose from the hub.

I bought the sacred impact driver in the 1970s to remove door hinge screws. It has been remarkably useful over the years.
New Civics have these too. I bought the hammer impact to do the rotors and it's good for me to have around for motorcycles as well for engine case bolts and various other things. I used the #3 bit that came with it even though it isn't JIS. When working on anything Japanese, look and see if the the screw has a dot on the head. If so, that means it's JIS. Also used it to tighten the screws back up since the hammer impact only does remove (as far as I know). The CivicX (10th Gen) forum people also said it's fine to leave them off.
As the owner of a 97 Accord, I was thinking it was about those horribly designed front rotor assemblies. I've worked on several newer (03-10) Hondas and some had the screws and some were missing. Used a #3 Phillips and PBlaster to remove and reinstall. Did not bother replacing the missing ones and had no problems on those.
