That's seems like a screaming deal. I haven't seen one of the newer ones below $40k yet.

You can get a Saab 9-3 V6 sportcombi with a stick fairly cheap. Not much premium over the sedan or auto. There are a few around but demand is weak. I think the spec v will continue to depreciate. There are only a 100 wagon lovers in north America and they are all on car web sites.

I think CTS-V wagons compared to non V have a better chance of getting a stick. You can only get the wagon in stick with the base base base model or V.

That does seem like a good deal. My friend got one of those in white with the 6 spd with like 25K miles on it for 45K. They are on the way down. My dream car for the time being would be a V wagon.

Do you have a frequent buyer punchcard at DT? You'd need one owning that.

These are pinging my radar but realistically need to be below 20k before I jump on one as an amazing value for the money.

In reply to Aspen: Actually, the Saab you all want is the one I have, which is the 2008 Turbo-X Sportcombi (wagon). All black inside and out, 6 speed manual, AWD, 280 HP V6 easily flashed as I and many have done into the 300's and chocked full of nearly all contemporary luxury features. They are listing in the teens right now. Generally reliable, great online fan and support community, and while parts got scarse around the time of the Saab bankruptcy, that has all eased now.

Driving it (flashed) it feels much faster (even thought it isn't) than the CTS-V and visceral since it's a smaller and much lighter car. Much safer here (in the NE) with the XWD too... The perfect daddy sports car!
