From DEI, the people who make all sorts of insulation products:

On the afternoon of Tuesday, August 6th, northeastern Ohio and particularly the City of Avon Lake where DEI is located, experienced a volatile thunderstorm and tornado. As a result, homes, power lines, and roadways were damaged and remain that way today. DEI is currently without electrical power and unable to fully operate. News from the electric companies on when power will be restored is inconsistent with some reports saying as much as 8-10 days.

Currently, we are looking at all options to get DEI's phones, order processing, and shipments up & running ASAP. I will continue to communicate with you regarding our status and thank you in advance for your patience & understanding as we deal with the situation at hand.
