Did they ever make this?

I love 2-door hatches. This is a good looking hatchback. Did they ever make this? I'm guessing no because its too good looking for the U.S.

The closest thing they made was the canada only SR Limited.

I've always been lukewarm on the newest Accent's styling, at least on the 2 door, because I always felt it looked "un-resolved". Now I know what "the problem" was/is? This car should have been a hatchback.

By the way, I don't know about the Limited part, but I believe Hyundai also had a European, or at least U.K. model of the accent called the SR.

Our small town dealer had 2 red ones, and they looked great. I don't think he could sell them, though.
