I doubt you'd get it through customs before life is back to normal, just in tim for the EPA to snatch it (rightly so) from under you.

There absolutely is. I personally had an acquaintance in Sacramento, his R34 was seized and crushed after purchasing through motorex

That I can confirm 100%.
And I also agree that just importing it right now will be as or more painful than dealing with the EPA. Things are just too shut down and borders are "sealed" except for certain things.
