Heartland Park is the local track. Their website is a little elusive, and when you find it, it doesnt list drifting.
However, KC Drift Association on the space for faces has an event there this Saturday morning.
My brother and I are both active here, and are in the Topeka area. Neither of us are drifters, per se, but car people are car people.

AFAIK, Topeka has the majority of events, but I'm not sure of a lot of drifting.
SCCA does have a local chapter based in KC, if that means anything.
