I've been to a few of the shops. I'm going to Farmtruck and AZNs to throw down a challenge next time I'm in OKC.
ZOO (Forum Supporter) said:How many times have you banged your shoulder while getting in and out? I had a 944 as a loaner from my indie shop for a few days, and I must have smacked myself at least five times. The door openings seem small to me. Or I have zero spatial awareness.
I DD'ed one for 7 years and only did it a couple times.
In reply to ZOO (Forum Supporter) :
I've never banged my shoulder on any of my 944's. I'm short though so who knows.

House always. Gotta try the local flavor. I had Chile Relleno for the first time, it was great! Then again if you filled a KFC bucket (pre salted rim even lol) with margarita I'd be a happy man...
You two making y'alls way towards Gran Junction Co. by way of Ouray to see K Tanner @ 'FLYING MIATA' ?

I'm a native Texan and I tell everyone never go there. The best steak on I40 is Cattleman's in OKC.

I done turned in my keys before ordering. Margaritas are always due after the driving is done. Safely tucked into the hotel room.

More later, first is food and beer time.
Gods I love North Carolina. Last time I was there was for work. Had a rental Mustang, I should have taken the weekend and driven home with it.
Apologies for the crap video editing. Doing that on a cell phone while brain dead makes for some crappy stuff. I promise properly edited stuff when we're back at home base, including a full-length run up Tail of the Dragon.
Javelin, for the record, one of my favorite spots on Earth to hang out, walk around and eat is Santa Fe. I've already promised to take the family there again next spring. During your time in NM, you must eat something with hatch chiles. Extra kudos to you if eat something covered in Christmas salsa. If you skip out on hatch Chile goodness I will have to reevaluate our GRM friendship entirely.
And on another side note, 20 years ago Chile rellenos were free garnish on most Mexican dinner menus! As a result, I really struggle with paying for them as an entree.
