So my girlfriend and I "finished" installing koni yellows and flying miata springs on our NA.
During this install I had a brain fart and didnt install washers between the shock and top hat because our shocks (being used) did not come with them.
Do I need to order the washers from koni or can I pick some up from lowes/home depot?
I'd say a washer is a washer and go ahead with the Lowes Depot ones.
Agreed. If you can, grab one from the "grade 8" section of the hardware aisle for extra safety, but you should be fine with anything if it comes down to it.
I ran across the same thing and just used normal washers. As long as the i.d. is right you're good
