It's well past time to replace the dampers on my '96 F-150. I always thought Edelbrock IASs would do a good job, but it looks like they don't make them anymore. Do you know of any shocks that picked up the Ricor IAS valve, or other shocks that do the same job of damping body roll while letting the wheels move more freely over bumps?

I picked up some bilstein hd's of eshocks.com for cheaper than the parts store had basic oil shocks for. That was for an 01 expedition and it made a world of difference in the truck.
But I was with you, I saw the Internet lore of the edlebrock shocks and wanted to try them out only to also find they were discontinued.
No help but...I had a 01 supercrew that I dropped and made into a lightning clone. The thing rode like crap. Four Edlebrock shocks later and it was amazing. Sorry to hear their no longer made.

I've heard good things about KYB Gas-a-Just shocks.

I've got gas-a-Justs on my Volvo 240 and I like them just fine but I have heard random remarks from people who don't like them. And they don't make them for many newer cars, usually older stuff and trucks, I know this thread is about trucks but just for posterity.
