Sorry if it's a re-post but since I know that Miata is the answer around here, this would look so cool on my '96: http://www.tirerack.com/wheels/WheelCloseUpServlet?target=runWheelSearch&initialPartNumber=4655704938GML&wheelMake=Enkei+Classic&wheelModel=Enkei92&wheelFinish=Gold+w%2FMachined+Lip&showRear=no&autoMake=Mazda&autoModel=Miata+LS&autoYear=2000&autoModClar=&filterFinish=All&filterSize=15&filterBrand=Enkei+Classic&filterSpecial=false&filterNew=All&filterWeight=All&sort=Brand
Will 15X8 ET25 fit a '96?
I remember too vividly the days when the enkie 92 was the second cheapest wheel you could buy at the local tire shops. In 1988 or so you got 4 13" enkie's shod with 175/70's for $199. Hence every, and I do mean EVERY car in my high school parking lot had them.
I've got some of those in my attic for an FB RX7.
Oh my, I knew they were planning to re-make them but didn't know pricing. I may have to buy a set.
any idea on a weight estimate? their site doesnt have them and ive been eyeing these for whatever i buy soon.
I wish they came in a 13 or 14 inch size, I would like to have a set for my SA22 Rx-7. I've been looking for a set of retro wheels, since there seems there is none to be had.

Wow, they're surprisingly affordable.
Are new wheels generally available in a variety of bolt-pattern sizes? Only 4X100 is listed on the website, but the pictured wheels are clearly 5-lug.

You won't know frustration until you've had to clean them.; bottle brushes and patience are absolutely required. This from one who has had a set (or two) and swears to never own another set of mesh wheels. So far, so good!
Mine were 14x6's and if memory serves me (it was the 80's, after all) they probably weighed-in around 15-17lbs. I'd guess 15x7's to go around 18-20lbs.
I want a set for my 280Z. Need to be 16x8 at the very least.

I'm thinking about selling mine, if you're interested in some 15s.

Hmm. Depends on the tire size. I'd expect you'd have to roll the fender lightly with a 205/50-15.

How about Dunlop Direzza (the DZ101 not the Star Spec) in 195-50-15? My tires are almost new and the fender has been rolled.
If the fender's been rolled, you're probably good.

Sounds like they aren't that light:

Brian, site admin said: "This is very old school...coming this Christmas is the return of the Enkei 92 in a mesh design 15x8, 25mm offset. Weight is NOT light, over 15 pounds. That means we won't stock it but if somebody out there just must have the old school look, we can order you a set."
Oh I want those for the Stag
Tire Rack lists them as an application for the Miata now, by the way.
I want a set for my Challenge Accord.
Thank you for posting this, I've been wanting some throw-back wheels for my CRX as my birthday present to myself in the spring.
Now if only I could find a set of (OEM) louvers for the (non-wiper-equipped) rear glass...
good looking rims... but damn they're hard to keep clean
I bought a set of white ARE knock-offs for $80 back when I had my miata. I cleaned them really well exactly once and shot some obnoxious paint on them. Cleaned up and taken care of they look good on quite a few different cars.
