F1 at Watkins Glen

Well one car. There is going to be a car swap thing similar to the one done at Indy. Hamilton and Stewart will swap rides at the Glen.

Interesting point - Nascar.com is saying that they will be running on the long course. "Inexperienced" driver taking a NASCAR thru the boot will be interesting to watch. The regulars don't even do that.

I just got home from my first HPDE, at the Glen. Wow. I'm looking forward to this - June 14

will Tony Stewart even fit into an F1 car any more? there is a lot more of him then there was back in his Indycar days..

Tony has lost quite a bit of weight lately. I don't think he is Nico Rosberg thin, but he thinner now that he is sponsored by Burger King than he was when he was sponsored by Subway. :Irony:

That is because even if they are paying you to try... you still won't eat that E36 M3 more than once.

i thought that piece over the shoulder of the F1 driver came off the car to make it easier to get in and out of the car?

that happens to me every time I have to bring one of our SRF's back to the garage from impound.... I've actually hurt my back trying to get out of it... the other 3 give me varying amounts of trouble ranging from ... "damn this is a pain in the A$$ " to "wow this is a piece of cake ... especially compared to to the other ones"...

Am I the only GRMer attending this?
