I had white wheels once and they stayed clean for 4 minutes. I HIGHLY recommend the brake-dust spray. It's worth the extra effort for Sparcos though!

I'm pleased.
My immediate opinion is that bumps are slightly less harsh, and turn in is amazing. Some of that may be attributed to taking the bald Blizzaks off, but I'll take the W when I can.
Oh and they are filthy already.
JoeTR6 said:I dropped from 17" to 16" rims with my Mazdaspeed Miata and noticed the performance deficit that the 17" rims had. Reducing weight made a much bigger difference than the loss of sidewall stiffness. One concern with 16s is fewer choices in tires, so know what tire you want before buying rims.
I went from 17" to 15" wheels on my Mazdaspeed Miata. Dropped a little over 5 lbs per corner. Ride is better as well as handling. On small cars 5 lbs is a lot.
The oem FiST wheels are 22.5lbs. The sparcos in question drop approximately 4 lbs. There are options that drop even more.

16x8 Dekagrams measured right at 14.6lbs.
15x7 Sparco Terras were 16.1lbs.
17x7 Ford Racing Rally wheels were 21lbs.
Crossing my fingers that my 15x8 Dekagram group buy wheels come in under 14lbs.
