... and somehow I don't think it'll be the last one. Slippery slope and all that.
I did my NA with 3 orders which totaled 1.2x the purchase price of the car, which was not a cheap one. Everything fit perfectly, generally worked better than promised, and everyone at FM was an utter joy to deal with. They're up there with McMaster-Carr and Radial Tire Company in Silver Spring MD as models of how a company should do business.
BTW - Buy the chassis rail+butterfly braces. They're magic. The FM stage 2.5 suspension and the high-flow cat/center pipe/back half single outlet exhaust are all pretty awesome too.
When I ordered from them, I was always impressed. When I called their help line, I was astounded. One of the most pleasant companies I've ever dealt with.
Well, given that a lot of people are raving about their customer support I figured I'll give them a shot instead of another company that I haven't heard much of anywhere on the Int3rWebz...
Generally that is going to be a much better experience than a shot in the dark hoping for the Big Deal. Proven company, proven product, proven support, that's worth a lot more than a possible minor savings. Wish I could convince some of my clients that.

The older I get the less time I have for cr*p customer service and I like voting with my feet in cases like this. Then again, I'm in the enviable position to not have to worry about spending five bucks more somewhere I don't have blood pressure problems with the order shortly afterwards.
I just hope I can find a fairly good company to deal with for the parts I can't get from FM.

Maintenance parts or otherwise? If maintenance, I had good experience with the frequently suggested Rosenthal Mazda (http://parts.arlingtonmazda.com/) but you're quite far from Virginia and shipping may or may not be worth it.
I need some maintenance parts (most importantly a new windshield washer bottle as the one on the car has a crack in it), but most of the other parts are mod-type stuff that FM doesn't sell.
FM has been great to me. I ordered my suspension from them for my Turbo Miata project. I then ordered my Turbo kit from some "other guys". The "other guys" kit took 3 shipments to get me all the correct parts, over 4 months. FM? Perfect every time. Then, they called asking me how my experience was.
F'in MARVELOUS. A+++++. Would spend there again.

Hey, I'm interested in anything that will perform better than OEM, add 12% more HP, and never need replaced
So here's my plug for FM. Their staff were kind enough to answer a question about a used Hard Dog roll bar, even though, clearly, I wasn't buying the bar from them (and told them so at the beginning of the conversation). When I do start picking up sway bars, etc, you can bet I'll start with them.
It was also incredibly refreshing speak to someone who knew their products and could actually answer questions. That kind of customer service is shockingly rare these days.
