I'm picturing something like the thing where you hold the seat slider lever and hit the throttle, but in reverse.

Apparently, with the crappy rear suspension design, it's not too hard to get the rear wheels in the air with the proper application of accelerator and brake while in reverse.

First job out of the Navy in '91 was a car dealership, and we had Corsica's for loaners. I remember someone showing me reverse wheelies now.
