I was working from memory there so pardon any lapses. I'm really opinion agnostic here except to say I'm a fan of lightening current cars.
That said MSN Autos lists the curb weight of a 1991 LX 5.0 Coupe as 3k lbs. You're spot on. 200 lbs more than the Skyline. My 07 Mazdaspeed3 weighed 3500 lbs. Progress? I hope Ford does better than that into the future.
