You overlooked the obvious. This was one gentrified little critter. He obviously chose your vehicle because he wanted the TP for when he did his business. You should have removed the TP and parked next to a gas station bathroom. Eventually he would have have to go, realizing there was no TP he would hold it in until he could run to use the facilities. Problem solved.
