Greetings,

I am preparing to rebuild my Rover 3.5 V8 which over the years has been topped off with the original Strombergs, SUs, and a modified manifold with a GM V6 TBI. The engine will be rebuilt for longevity, not all out power, and I intend to go back to the TBI for fuel supply. Being of a generation that is easily befuddled with computers, I have no intention of trying to tune the fuel injection myself but would rather deliver the car with new engine to a tuner in the New England area for final fine tuning (fuel and ignition).

Does anyone know of any tuning sources who would take on such a project? I'm in southern Maine but can transport the car anywhere in the New England area. Thoughts? Suggestions? Ideas?

Thanks, Tony

Hi Tony,

I would suggest giving a call to Alex and Bill at Dentsport Garage:

http://www.dentsport.com/

Not sure of their GM specific knowledge, but they have a pretty wide & varied customer base.
