Hi.
The GR Corolla has 349 additional welds and nine additional feet (20 ft on morizo) of structural adhesive to increase chassis stiffness.

They've already released most of them.

There is an article from another car magazine that says estimated MSRP is $32k for Core up to $45k for Morizo. Said article isn't dated, which is infruriating, but I would suspect pricing to be slightly higher before markups get added on.

Two weeks. Or today if you torture me
I long for the days when a car like this came out and I wondered how much less than MSRP it would cost to buy it. Now you wonder how many bags of money on top of MSRP it would cost to even have a shot.

$32000 seems downright reasonable. Now try and find one without markups...
I would walk into a dealership with $32k cash tomorrow if I could drive one out.
Depending on actual price out the door and release date this might be a replacement for my K swapped FRS.
My local dealer just told me to forget it for the first year because they are all going to marked up to the moon or snatched up be dealership employees. "Maybe next year", he said.
Between the "we'll produce one too few" statement and the nightmare of an allocation systems for the GR86 (among all other Toyotas) it's soured me a little on all these. That said, I'd still buy one if it was a reasonable price and actually available.
