Search for info on Ed Mahle's Mustang. He had an amazing amount of fiberglass in it and most of it was free. Yes, he is in the industry but he dumpster dove at his industry connections (with their approval) for scrap. Stop into local boat shops, etc. and see what they might be throwing away.
