I'm sure this has been covered before - tried the search- , but is the digital App Store edition included with the paper and digital online version?
I renewed after a lapse and got a notification from the App Store a new CM is available. I haven't received a paper copy nor is it online - only at the App Store.
Finally, is anything digital readable offline (like a downloadable pdf version)?
Sadly, our current provider doesn't allow us to bundle print and offline-readable digital, but we are making a switch this spring for just that reason. For now, your subscription gets you access to our browser-based digital pub, or the fine folks at Apple and Amazon are happy to take your money in their App stores for the downloads (though the apps are free).
